A message from The CEO

When this pandemic first hit in March, like many, we thought it would be temporary.  There was no playbook or website with step-by-step instructions.  Just pure instinct.

Our country has experienced unprecedented turmoil, countless lives have been affected, and we are simply having to learn how to live life differently and indefinitely.

One thing has been clear from the beginning.  Our employees are our lifeblood and their safety THE priority if we are to succeed through COVID-19.  Work from there and everything else will fall into place.  Anything else is shortsighted and irresponsible.

We have been very fortunate at Trussway to be in a business that was deemed “essential” from day one.  This meant our plants could continue running and our employees providing for their families.  Amid early stay-at-home orders and quarantines, our nearly 600 production workers have come to work every day and worked incredibly hard to service our customers.

We are doing everything in our power, and more, to help keep them safe at work while encouraging them to watch over their families.  Fortunately, only a very small percentage of employees have gotten ill, and we are working hard to help keep it that way.

Our employees are our lifeblood and their families are theirs.  From day one, we have focused on our people and kept them safe.  The result is a grit and determination that has truly shown through these adverse times.  And for that, I say simply, Thank You.  Their sacrifice, dedication, and commitment are truly The Trussway Difference.

At Trussway, we are One Team, One Company, One Vision.  I wish you all well and good health for you and your families.
