It’s National #GetToKnowYourCustomersDay! Our customer of the day is Robert Partin with Strategic Construction of Houston, Texas.
A loyal Trussway customer since 1977, Robert got his start in construction in 1970, and has been the CEO and Chairman of Strategic since it was founded in 2002, a company focused on high quality multi-family apartments and commercial spaces throughout Texas.
Robert believes that the most challenging part of construction is reviewing all the documents and getting everything approved and signed off on before starting a project. He wishes that the amount of paperwork could be scaled back like 30 years ago “somewhere between a handshake and a 170-page contract would be ideal,” Robert says. On the bright side Robert thinks the most rewarding part of construction is when a project is completed and his customer is happy… we agree! Robert believes Strategic Construction will continue to grow and maintain a steady increase over the next five years. “Strategic’s greatest accomplishment is helping to make a better life for our employees, our trades, and to do a great job for our clients on all projects,” Robert adds.
